Making Good Coffee = Making Coffee Well
First off, just make our coffee like you normally make coffee at home. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
One major concern we had in starting this venture was the quality conundrum.
Good coffee can be brewed poorly, and it will taste awful.
Bad coffee can be brewed well, and it will taste awful.
Good coffee can be brewed well, and it will taste amazing.
Fresh coffee can be good. It can also be bad (if roasted or stored poorly).
We want our customers to be able to brew good, freshly-roasted coffee well.
